Pre-order Terms and Conditions
Harehill pre-order refers to stock which is not currently available. Due to the advanced technical fabrics that we use in our garments and the skilled craftsmanship who create our designs, the time between placing your pre-order and delivery of the item can take several weeks or months. An estimated arrival date will be presented at the product page, however we will communicate with you directly if we encounter any delays, or if we think we may be able to ship your order sooner.
Before placing a pre-order item with Harehill, please read the following:
- Pre-orders require payments to be made at checkout
- If you purchase a pre-order item and an item in stock, the current stock item will be shipped immediately
- Some of our items available for pre-order may arrive at separate times, we will provide updates when we can
- Please do not place a pre-order with us if you are unable to wait for the item to arrive. You can always request to be notified when the product is back in stock, however this will not guarantee your size will remain available
- Once you have received your pre-order item, our standard returns policy applies
- You have the right to cancel your pre-order before shipment of the product, please contact support@theharehill.com
