Warranty Claims Guidance
We hope you are satisfied with the quality of your product, however if you encounter
a manufacturing fault with the product you purchased please read our warranties
guidance.
How to raise a claim:
To start a claim, you must contact us at support@theharehill.com and provide the
following:
- Full name, email address and order number
- Description of the fault or issue
- Details of activities which lead to the fault
- Details of how you washed and cared for your Harehill item
- Images of the item in clean condition with no mud or dirt of
- the full item;
- a close up of the fault(s)
- a photo of the item label including product codes
If you encounter any of the following on arrival of your order, you must inform us
immediately.
Warranties do not cover:
- Self-inflicted damage such as holes or snagging due or wear and tear or from
barbed wire, thorns or bushes, burn holes from sparks nor any punctures. - Material leaks due to holes or cracks
- Damage due to incorrect care and maintenance of the product
- Items modified or repaired by a third party
