At Harehill, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your items, we're here to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Christmas Returns
From Friday 1st November 2024, refunds on all purchases (excluding gift cards) are available until Monday 20th January 2025

30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return any item(s) for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original packaging intact, with all tags, labels, and seals still attached.
  • Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or invoice included.

If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note that sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Check eligibility: Ensure that your item meets the conditions for return outlined above.
  2. Download our returns form here, fill this in with all the information and place into the parcel with your items
  3. Package the item carefully: Make sure your return is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit. Don't forget to include your returns form inside the package
  4. Send your return to the following address:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email on the status of your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once received.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or the wrong product was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

If you’re returning an item due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service at support@theharehill.com for further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed, and an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damages and issues
Please  inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to swap an item is to place a new order from our website and return your unwanted item to the address provided.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@theharehill.com to ensure we have the desired item in stock. Once we receive the original item back, we will send the exchange to you, or alternatively, issue store credit if the preferred item is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or customised products
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and it its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
